Privacy policy

Milo is a private assistant for one family. This page explains what he stores, where, and why. Last updated September 26, 2026.

What Milo stores

• Your Telegram user id and display name, so he knows who is writing.
• Your conversations with him, and the notes he saves from them. Personal notes are visible only to you; household notes are visible to your household's members.
• Reminders, things you asked him to keep track of, and your language, timezone and morning-message time.
• If you connect Google: your Google account's email address and the access token Google issues, so he can act when you ask.
• If you connect Notion: the access token Notion issues, so he can act when you ask.

Google data

With your permission, Milo reads your Google Calendar and Gmail, and adds calendar events after you approve each one. He reads them only to answer you or to write your morning message. What he reads stays in your own conversation history with him and isn't saved as a note unless you ask. He doesn't send email, doesn't share Google data with anyone else, and doesn't use it for advertising or to train AI models. Milo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Notion data

With your permission, Milo searches and reads your Notion workspace through Notion's own connector, and changes pages only after you approve each change. The same rules apply as for Google: he reads it only to answer you, doesn't save it as a note unless you ask, and doesn't share it or use it for advertising or AI training.

Where it's kept and processed

• Stored on Cloudflare (Workers, Durable Objects, D1 and AI Search), and processed by AI models on Cloudflare Workers AI.
• Photos and voice notes are processed to read text or transcribe speech and are not stored. Hindi and Gujarati voice notes, and spoken replies in those languages, are processed by Sarvam AI.
• Messages travel through Telegram.

Your choices

• Send /memory for a private link to a page where you can see, edit, pin and forget what Milo remembers, and change your settings. The page keeps you signed in with one cookie for up to 7 days; sign out there to end it.
• Ask Milo what he knows about you, or send /memories.
• Ask him to forget something, or send /forget with its id.
• Send /connectors to see what's linked, and /disconnect notion to unlink Notion.
• Send /disconnect google to revoke his Google access. You can also remove it at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• To have everything about you deleted, ask your household admin.
